They are available sold in pairs only. The VIP seats will be set up in the kitchen, and there will be an extra course served. You will also be able to watch the cooking, and plating happening up close. Do you love mushrooms? Do you enjoy eating one of a kind culinary creations? Then you should join Dunk's Mushroom and Chef Keith Wilson Friday April 29th for the 7th installment of our omnivore dinner series, Limited tickets are available for this private dining experience like no other. Every other week we invite a small group of fungus fans to grab a few of your favorite wines or beer and join us for a four course seated dinner in the harvesting room at our working mushroom farm. Experience how mushrooms start as a block of substrate and mycelium, grow in a climate controlled room, are harvested and then utilized in every bite of your meal. during dinner chat with Dunk about the mushroom biz. and try our chaga or lion's mane mushroom coffee. With each of our dinners Chef Keith pairs local ingredients with assorted mushrooms both wild and cultivated to provide diners a feast to remember. Doors Open Promptly at 6 pm this is a B.Y.O.B Event
