Join us for the TAFM Spring Workshop - Tuesday, May 3rd in Downtown Fargo! Join Tourism Alliance of Fargo Moorhead as Fargo Cass Public Health brings their server training class to TAFM members! This is an official class where all attendees receive their Server Training Card which is valid for 3 years! This workshop will be led by Fargo Cass Public Health and held at Sanctuary Events Center in downtown Fargo on Tuesday, May 3rd. The workshop will begin promptly at 4:30pm, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. THIS IS A MEMBERS-ONLY EVENT. Your TAFM Membership includes up to 8 attendees to this workshop. This event is sponsored by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and the registration fee for the class for all attendees is covered by this sponsorship. About the server training workshop: Server Training is required by the cities of Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Horace, and Glyndon. The purpose of server training is to assist servers with:-Understanding and complying with the law -Detecting and deterring underage purchase or consumption of alcohol -Detection of and intervention with intoxicated persons -Heightening awareness of the use of fake or false IDs -Proper procedures when dealing with an underage person attempting to purchase alcohol This workshop is being held at Sanctuary Events Center in Downtown Fargo. Sanctuary is located at 670 4th Ave N in Fargo. A full parking lot is available on the south side of the building.
