STAMFORD, CT — A city resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Friday, Sergio Chacon Villa won $30,000 playing a "30x Cash 6th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Extra Fuel Mart in Bridgeport.
