Beginner-friendly yoga practice outside in Downtown Raleigh at City Plaza, join us! Presented by Downtown Raleigh Alliance. Downtown Raleigh Alliance is hosting free yoga at City Plaza, join us! Whether you are brand new to yoga, restarting after a break, or coming back to basics let's begin with this beginner-focused practice. Bring a mat, water, towel and a friend and take some time to care for your mind, body and spirit. Class is taught by Patrice C. Graham (@patricecgraham on IG) of Araminta Wellness (@aramintawellness) This class is free to the public thanks to Downtown Raleigh Alliance. Weather If we need to postpone or cancel due to inclement weather, we will communicate through Eventbrite email. By registering for the Program, I hereby grant the Yoga with Patrice LLC (and all subsidiaries) and Downtown Raleigh Alliance permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of their publications, including web-based publications and digital platforms, without payment or other consideration. I hereby irrevocably authorize Yoga with Patrice LLC and Downtown Raleigh Alliance to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. I have read this release thoroughly and understand that by registering for this program I am waiving legal rights. If I am registering a minor for the class, I agree that I am a parent, legal guardian, or am otherwise responsible for the minor whose application I am submitting and that I affirm consent on behalf of that minor.
