The community will have an opportunity to tour our house, meet commanders, meet McGruff the Crime Dog, and view demonstrations. The community will have an opportunity to tour our house, meet commanders, meet McGruff the Crime Dog, and view demonstrations of our “tools of the trade”. Learn about SWAT, evidence processing, K9, Forensic demonstrations for kids and more; also explore our vehicles and find out what it’s like to sit in the front seat (or backseat) of a real patrol car. There will be activities for all ages i.e. Bike Giveaways with Buddy Cards, Face Painting, Balloon Art, Corn Hole, and a live DJ. If that’s not enough you will have an opportunity to meet our brand new horses Watson and Holmes.
