Safely - chainsaw single tree, then cut it up into 2 ft. pieces. Tree is Big Toothed Aspen approx 60 ft. Stump remains at 1 to 2 ft. Owner keeps wood but will do cleanup, removal of leaves and smaller branches. Priority #1: "Safety" as tree is near dwelling.
