Description
The Oakland Marinas is hiring a full-time Maintenance Worker/Technician for the maintenance of docks and facilities at five marinas on the Oakland Estuary. A working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting is desired, but not necessary. Experience with welding is a plus. On the job training will be provided. A valid California drivers license with an insurable driving record is essential. Job benefits include paid holidays, sick days, medical and dental coverage and vacation time. Salary range based on experience.
· Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner
· Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
· Having own basic hand tools important, but not necessary
· Must be comfortable working around water
· Good communications skills are important in addition to following directions
· Multi-tasking skills
