Shared Rehearsal Space Wanted

Five-piece rock band looking to share a lock-out rehearsal space. We rehearse sparsely, about 3-5 times a month tops, and would like to leave our PA + gear (open to sharing some equipment). Ideal room is min. 20x20. We are all seasoned Bay Area musicians, over 40 yrs old, reliable, mostly sober, and have references if desired.
