We are bringing in the experts for a fun day of learning about firearms safety and the laws that regulate them. Please read all information prior to ticket purchase. Thank youFirearm's Safety and Law Seminar 9:00am - 4:00pm Minimum age: 14 years of age to prepare your children to carry/transport firearms. Parents - it is your call as to the age you feel is appropriate. As long as your child can sit for 6 hours without disruptions or disruptive noise, I have no issues. Course Cost $25.00 and includes lunch/refreshments. 0830 am doors open - please arrive early 0900 am sharp the seminar will begin. Presenters/Presentations: Berks County Sheriff Eric Weaknecht will do his popular presentation about The Right to Carry that covers state laws for concealed carry, transportation, and use of firearms. 1.5 hrs Dave Chang of Civilian Defense Concepts - will do a presentation on Firearms Safety and a Basic Firearms Cleaning and Maintenance presentation. 1.5 hrs Dillon Harris of the Civil Rights Defense Group (Josh Prince) will conduct another presentation to cover additional topics of interest. 2 hrs We may add other topics and presenters Refreshments such as coffee, tea, water, and soda available all day. Lunch is included and the fire company did an excellent job with serving hoagies so we will go with hoagies and/or cold cuts for sandwiches again. Pickles, assorted chips, and cookies will be on the menu. Postponement - We will send an email in the evening of May 20th or 21st if inclement weather or other conditions would postpone the event. We will reschedule it Refunds - No refunds unless this event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
