You will be able to smell a variety of essential oils and learn about their benefits. She will give insight about – • how aromatherapy helps with hormone balance • which essential oils provide the best hormone balancing properties • safety precautions & contraindications using essential oils • specific recipes for PMS, hot flashes, hormone headache, mood & mindset, and more Attend with a friend and plan a walk in the gardens after class (admission is included in registration). Earn 2 CE's for RN, LPN, APRN, CAN, Registered Dietitians and LMT’s via CE Broker Provider # 50-5550 and 2 CE’s with NAHA. Class note: Please do NOT wear any synthetic perfumes, cologne or scents of any kind to class as we will be smelling various essential oils. We also want to be mindful of those with allergies and sensitivities. Jennifer Pressimone is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist & Herbalist, Mindset Coach, author and motivational speaker. She owns JennScents, Inc. and is the founder & lead instructor at the JennScents Aromaversity, a NAHA Level 1, 2 & 3 and NCBTMB approved aromatherapy certification school. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Certified in Spiritual Phytoessencing & Natural Health. She specializes in holistic therapeutic aromatherapy for mindset & emotional health. Her motto is, “Be stronger than what’s holding you back.” Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit.  If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit. Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom.  Childcare services are not provided.
