Focused on both the organizational and missional objectives, this strategy session will guide small church leaders through the development of a sustainable growth strategy to ATTRACT, ENGAGE, and RETAIN millennial employees, volunteers, and members.Our proprietary information reveals that only 11% of churches are winning the invitation to attract millennials, 4% are winning the house by effectively engaging millennials, and 1% are winning the retention of millennials. Thus, this proposal utilizes our information and implementation experiences to guide ministry leaders through the strategic steps required to “win” the attraction, engagement, and retention of millennial members.
