MILTON, MA — State Police said that foul play has been ruled out in the death of a man found on the Neponset River bike path on Tuesday. The area was cordoned off Tuesday while police investigated the death of the man whose body was found about 6 a.m. along the path. Investigators cleared out later that morning when it was determined the no foul play was involved.
