Rehoming Pied cockatiel with fee

Rehoming 1 year old male pied cockatiel with rolling cage and food. He was DNA tested male. Bought from BREEDER last year. He is nervous at first. Warmed up to me enough to ear millet spray out of my hand. Still nervous. I don’t have enough time to spend with him. Also, I have allergies and asthma so because of this, he is not the right bird for me. He sings and whistles. Need to rehome as soon as possible.
