Boot Camp & Yoga
A fabulous combination! 1/2 hour Boot Camp with Eric Ferguson, 1/2 hour Yoga with Bonnie. Eric will take you through muscle building exercises and some cardio. Bonnie will guide you to open up the muscles you just worked to help lengthen and expand post-workout. Class will occur every other week. When it is nice enough out we will meet outside. During the time we are indoors, you can participate via zoom!
