Law Enforcement Seminar to increase the knowledge among the law enforcement community. Providing more in depth identification techniques. This one is day seminar is for sworn law enforcement officers. Proper identification will be needed and checked. The seminar will start each day at 8:00 am and run through 4:00 pm. Lunch will be on your own. The agencies participating in this seminar are the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations, FBI Headquarters, Luzerne County District Attorney's Office, CSE Institute, Luzerne County Victim Services, Department of Homeland Security, and New York City police Department Intelligence Division.
