The Ukrainian Human Rights Committee invites you to A Benefit to Help Ukraine
May 1st from 5-9pm: an evening of open bar cocktails & superb cuisine by Stephen Starr, featuring his iconic restaurants Parc, Morimoto, Buddakhan, Prime & Stella.
Guest speaker is award-winning journalist Trudy Rubin of The Philadelphia Inquirer. Trudy was last in Mariupol, Ukraine in February 2022, just prior to the full-scale war.
Musical Program courtesy of members of The Philadelphia Orchestra featuring Ukrainian-born soprano Marta Zaliznyak. Flowers courtesy of Trader Joe's.
The event location at The Polish Amerian Cultural Center is symbolic not only for Poland's magnanimous support of Ukraine in her darkest hour, but also for its proximity to the sites of the birthplace of democracy and freedom - the dreams for which Ukraine now heroically battles.
All proceeds benefit Help Heroes of Ukraine, Inc. NFP - a 501c(3) organization actively supporting Ukrainian soldiers & civilians.
