Need someone to watch my dog for a couple of months

So I need someone to foster my dog for a few months if possible. He's super active, intelligent, super animal friendly (except treerats and possums). Loves squeaky toys, dried chicken treats, and long walks and exploring. He is a bit high maintenance when it comes to food and brushing his fur, so he only really eats 2 types of food (Maeve) (Purina One True Instinct turkey&lamb) and he has to be brushed at least 3 times a week with a down coat brush (I have everything he needs to maintain.) He needs his rear end shaved down once a month and flea, tick, and heartworm medication all once a month. I will pay for all of that myself and stop by and do all the haircuts myself if I can find the right person to give him a home in Lehigh acres or fort myers with a FENCED in back yard (100% required. He prefers it outside moat of the time even if it's hot since we are both from CA). It would only be for a few months until I can get myself resituated into my own place and I can take him back. I am willing to pay around $200 a month for a home since I will be taking care of all food and necessities and maintenance if possible. He is great with kids and loved to sing if you howl with him. His name is lucifer and he's nothing but a lovebug who just needs a bigger home until I can get my own again. Text me at anytime. Again must have a good sized yard and it has to be fenced in.
