WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet boy was found roaming on Main Street and Union Ave.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on him please call the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm any day please leave all voicemails in the general voicemail box."
