As a window cleaning Technician, you will be traveling from job site to job site, helping people brighten their homes. Technicians are required to clean windows & light fixtures, repair screens, and know how to pressure wash buildings and walkways. Working at height is frequent, but not required. There are positions available that do not require the use of ladders. There is no job experience required for this job, we will train you on everything you need to know for the job! Pay starts at $16.5-$17.50 an hour plus gratuities as well as multiple options for bonuses. Full-time employees also receive paid time off and health insurance. This position also comes with many opportunities to grow and develop within the company. Technicians arrive at the Deja View offices daily, 1 hour prior to the start of their first job. Typically the Lead Technician will drive the company truck as the technician navigates. After arriving, the technician will start efficiently performing the tasks delegated to them until the job is complete. Technicians will then help clean up, pack the truck, and move to the next appointment. Daily responsibilities include being on time and in uniform for Line Up. All technicians are to work as a team with their Lead and follow the delegation orders to the best of their ability. All representatives of Deja View are to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and to always treat our customers with respect. All technicians are also responsible for their safety and to help communicate any safety concerns that might come up. You will be trained for and capable of: Window Cleaning - Cleaning the entire window, not just the glass, using a detailed oriented process Window operation and function of most styles; double-hung, casement, storm, etc. Proper removal and replacement of all screen types Use of drop cloth and booties. Cleanliness and professionalism inside homes Screen Repair - Ability to replace mesh and tabs Able to repair screen door Pressure Washing - Knowledge of specifications of our machine and on how to operate it. Knowledge of proper setup and takedown of equipment Knowledge of washing procedures and troubleshooting
