Description

Active and youthful retiree, work out daily with treadmill and free weights. I'm healthy, hwp, and workout in mornings, treadmill first, weights next for about an hour plus. Try to warm up and stretch first, but ongoing nagging pain in knees, back, hips. Don't like 'rubs' due to smell, try to avoid pain relievers if possible. Open to any ideas for relief, technique, duration of exercise, Etc. Thanks,
