abandoned bike

Boy’s bike appears to be abandoned, sitting on the bridge over Spring Creek immediately north of the Summitview Church parking lot at 1600 W. Drake. Has been there about four days. Black bike, 20” (?), nice alloy wheels, distinctive orange brake cables. I am guessing the bike was stolen and then abandoned there.
