Fire Damages Milford Apartment Complex

MILFORD, MA — Milford firefighters responded to a blaze in a small apartment building along Lincoln Street on Tuesday afternoon. The fire was reported at around 2:30 p.m. at 4 Lincoln St. near the corner of Pearl Street. Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from a second floor unit. Milford firefighters put out the fire quickly, preventing it from spreading to other parts of the building, according to dispatch logs. Firefighters and police remained on scene until just after 5 p.m. for cleanup and an investigation.
