I’m not exactly sure why my previous post was flagged, as I’m not doing anything wrong. This is NOT a dating ad. Anyhow…I own a 20’ v boat with a cuddy, 150HP 2 stroke outboard. Yes I am a female. And no I’m not looking for someone to date. I have a boyfriend. I’m looking for someone to help me learn how to launch my boat with my trailer and maneuver the boat. I’m a very independent woman. I want to learn to use the boat on my own. My boyfriend works and I’m afforded more time and want to be able to take out friends when I want on my own. I would like to meet someone who has an excellent knowledge, not only of boats but also how to maneuver a 20’ boat on a trailer. My boat is not grand, but it is clean, sharp looking, with a Bimini, and an excellent motor. Has a nice little cuddy too. I have a little knowledge just from being on the boat but not much. For those asking why my boyfriend won’t teach me, he would, I would prefer learning from someone in a neutral position. He’s also not as educated on boats as I’d like. I will pay for all fuel, food and drinks. I am not paying for this training, so maybe a few laughs and fishing on Charlotte Harbor would be a nice trade for your knowledge. Again this is NOT a dating request. Looking for someone fun to take me out on the boat and help me to be comfortable operating it. We all have to learn somehow.
