Press release from the City of Minnetonka: April 21, 2022 Minnetonka Public Works crews will flush water mains throughout the city from April 25 through May 12. Flushing will take place between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays in most areas. Flushing schedule April 25 - May 2: Streets east of Interstate 494 and north of Highway 7 May 2 - May 9: Streets west of Interstate 494 and north of Highway 7 May 9 - May 12: All streets south of Highway 7 During flushing, you may experience discolored water. This water is safe to drink and can be cleared up by running cold water in your laundry tub. Special flushing schedule Some watermains will be flushed at these special times: April 25, Ridgedale Business Area: 5:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. May 2, Minnetonka Industrial Road, Twelve Oaks Center, Carlson Parkway: 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. May 10, Hutchins Drive: 4 a.m. - 5 p.m. May 12, Opus, Beachside, K-Tel, Clearwater Drive, Whitewater Drive, Culligan Way: 3 a.m. - 3 p.m. This press release was produced by the City of Minnetonka.
