Custom Closet and Storage Company seeks an entry level full time Office Assistant. We are looking for a high energy, self-starting administrative professional. This position is critical to assisting in the daily operations of the company. The successful candidate must be pleasant with a professional appearance and demeanor, reliable and dependable, as well as have the ability to adapt to quickly changing needs and demands. Seeking someone with Social Media Business Account management experience! Advertising campaigns and managing social media platforms will be one of the daily duties. Duties include but are not limited, answering the telephones, scheduling appointments, data entry in various software packages, payment processing, information gathering and monitoring, processing mail/email, showroom upkeep, maintaining filing systems, operating and maintaining office equipment, ordering and maintaining supplies, light bookkeeping, and other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Personal Characteristics Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service in all aspects of the jobStrong organizational skills.Understands the importance of detail and accuracyMust have excellent phone skills, with quick response time to incoming emails and phone calls,Strong work ethic with proven record of meeting/exceeding goals under limited supervisionExperience dealing with and SOLVING customer issues.Dependability and punctuality are essential characteristics for a qualified candidate.Solid time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritizeAble to work in a flexible working environment.The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and be dependable and trustworthy with a high level of integrity. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent (Undergraduate or associates degree preferred)1+ years of related work experienceProficiently in verbal and written communications, grammar and spelling with attention to detail.Excellent computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.Familiarity with Quick Books and CRM are a plus.
