Hi I have a parrot that plucks her feathers she’s the most friendliest parrot I had but Everytime I’m not home she wants to pluck her feathers she loves to be on my shoulder while going to the grocery store or just shopping she enjoys people very much. I feel bad I have to leave her at home while I’m at work. I’m asking 2800 for her comes with everything.
