FOUND FEMALE DOG, I NAME HER "ANGEL "

On 4/21/2022 I found this little young female dog walking without a leash and collar, around 9 pm. She came up to me completely lost and sad eyes 😞. Very young, perhaps 8 months old or 1 year. Because of the rain I took her in for the night. Today took her to the vet and we found out she is microshiped. Unfortunately her owner blocked his number as we keep calling but it says that he doesn't take calls at the moment. His name is RICARDO ZAMUDIO from HEMET!!! Somehow this friendly baby ended up in Fullerton.... She is well mannered, clean, well behaved and potty trained. I can't keep her at all and I don't know what to do at this point 😕 😪 😫. I need the Facebook community animal lovers to help me get this guy contacting me asap and be responsible. She's so sad 😞
