Last time attempting new help. I have Aerial work all over minnesota wisconsin and Iowa. maintenance, extensions, new build, make ready, etc..... Me: Provide trucks, work, and money you: Be a grown ass man with own tools. Have ability to complete aerial projects. To ask me to define your workload.... tells me you are wrong for this position. This is a no bullshit deal. This is where you tell me what kind of $ you are looking for. I figure out how to make that happen for you. I will not send price lists. I will only entertain hiring a person that i actually have a conversation with about what we are both looking for. if you have less than 5 years experience you better be damn good. Would like to have a team, but would be ecstatic to find an individual that can succeed with damn near any idiot that shows up everyday (no offense grunts). here is the ‘catch’. If you cut a fiber, lash coax and fiber together, lose my tools, get my trucks stuck, basically do stupid shit. You will pay out of your pocket. I don‘t need more toddlers. I have kids already
