Hiring helper for tree trimming company

I am looking for a groundsman helper for my tree company. Job duties include hauling/dragging limbs and logs, loading up trailer, assisting trimmers/climbers with tools, driving truck when needed. I am preferably looking for someone who is bilingual (english/spanish) and has a driver's license. Must have transportation to meet up in mornings in Pflugerville and get home in afternoon. Hoping for someone to start next week. Not guaranteed 5 days every week but soon will be. Starting pay is $140/day cash with opportunity for raises. No drugs or smoking on job please.
