All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping is looking for a new install crew members and landscape maintenance crew members. Located in Arroyo Grande, All Seasons has earned a reputation as a premier landscape design, construction, and maintenance company on the Central Coast. We cover all aspects of landscaping to help our customer's property reach its full potential. Construction Requirements: • English communication skills and a valid California driver’s license is a must. • Interact with customers on daily activities. • Help manage crew members under the supervision of the Project Manager. • Require minimal technical supervision on-site. Duties: • Possess and demonstrate basic plan reading and layout skills. • Assist Project Manager with site grading and transit operation. • Advanced drainage installation (down spout drain/French drain, catch basin, collection areas) under supervision of Project Manager. • Safe tractor operation/inspection/maintenance. • Complete irrigation system construction/installation under supervision by Project Manager. • Proficient in basic masonry skills and basic carpentry skills. • Assist Project Manager to complete jobs under budget. • Report directly to the project supervisor. • Be available for work Monday through Friday Maintenance Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience performing landscape maintenance for a professional landscape company. • Must be proficient in use of the following tools: Walk behind mower, weed whip, hedge trimmer, backpack blower, rake and scoop shovel, hand pruners, etc. • Must have basic knowledge of irrigation and be able to do simple repairs. • Must have CA Drivers License (CDL). • Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Must be available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday.
