Anyone looking to rent a band rehearsal spot in Boston, knows that it is next to impossible to find one. We just rented some space but it is big $ and we are looking to split the rent with another band. Compared to The Sound Museum, Studio 52, etc. This room is jumbo at 500 SQF. We are looking for a band that wants to rehearse twice a week for $450 a month. 1/2 the rent. This is not one of those "Rehearsal Spot" so there are limitations. Rule #1 No Loud Music before 6:00PM. There are other tenants in the building during work hours. We rehearse Sunday and Wednesday nights. There are cameras everywhere and the place can not be used as a rave spot. very limited guest and no smoking cigarettes in the building. We have lots of pro gear and we can have a shared PA and drums set up. Guitar & Bass Rigs & Keys are "Off Limits" for shared use. Ideally we are looking for older mature musicians that have their own gear and are just looking to get loud a couple nights a week. I only want the place used 4 night a week by only 2 bands. If it is used more than that the landlord won't like it and we will get booted. We don't want that to happen. If you interested let me know
