A black 2021 Toyota Rav 4, licence plate 184 MPL, has been abandoned outside a residence on SE 24th Ave and SE Market. It's been here for over 2 weeks now. Condition is very good, and tags to 2024. It was bought from Kendall dealership - which means it's either from Bend or Eugene. Is this yours? It could have been stolen. Already reported to police here in Portland.
