Friends of Portland, we need help. As you know, all waterways in Oregon are considered public property. The snarky rich villains of Lake Oswego has long kept the peasants off their precious lake by claiming it is a private lake. A court ruling has recently affirmed that Lake Oswego is a public waterway. Still, we face pushback from residents of Lake Oswego to allow public access. I am looking for people interested in a peaceful protest to occupy the lake and make a statement that the public can and will have access to lawfully public waterways. This weekend will be sunny. Bring your kayaks, tubes, whatever floats. Let’s enjoy the lake we have been unlawfully banned from for so long!
