Need a handyman for house maintenance

We are looking for someone who can do some basic handyman tasks at the houses we have in Mesa and Tempe like putting light bulbs, fixing faucets, fixing small issues with appliances, Knows some electrical work, Working on small leaks in roofs etc. This will be paid hourly.
