The Window Installer is a full-time position responsible for the project from post-sale through window installation or service completion and ensures scheduling and profit objectives are met. The Window Installer will be the main point of contact throughout the project and will communicate with the customer when necessary and the Installation Manager to ensure proper communication. As the on-site point of contact, all customer and crew questions will be filtered through the Installation Manager. This position will report to the Installation Manager. Must have own truck & tools. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • Check-in with the Installation Manager every morning to review • projects of the day, set expectations, answer any questions • Experience in all aspects of window remodeling, replacement, and installation • Demo of existing windows; haul away debris. Keep jobsite spotless • All construction work as it relates to the window installation • Preparing materials, delivering to job site, etc. • Requires more advanced carpentry skills like building walls • Light electrical • Light drywall • Extreme attention to detail • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to lift heavy objects • Perform walk-through, answer questions and communicate open /punch-list items to the Installation Manager. Qualifications: • 3+ Years of residential home window installation experience • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments • Good character on professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication, team player, strong work ethic and customer Focused • A proven track record of superior workmanship. • A strong focus on customer service. • Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and • in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. -7 p.m.) • Must have own truck & tools.
