Found dog in Normal Heights

Description

Found a small male dog in the street by my house in Normal Heights 92116 on Collier Ave. He is black with a white chest, short & has floppy ears. Looks well fed & recently got a hair cut. He might have cataracts in both eyes & his back legs tend to go out on him sometimes. Super sweet. No chip found & no collar. Any info would be great, hope to find his owner!
