Re homing male cat

Hello, I am looking to re home my male cat to a good home. He is 2 years old and very calm and cuddly. He is an indoor cat never been outside and there is a small rehoming fee of $35 just to make sure he’s going to a good home. I can provide litter box, cat tree, cat food and toys.
