need studio art space?

i have a two bedroom thats really cramped with 2 roommates but i wouldnt mind renting out a room for studio space. i have an oil painting studio and thats probably about as wild as it can be. If your medium involves open flames or dangerous quantities of industrial chemicals this probably isnt the place. itd have to be contained in the room but there is a 'yard' to spread out in as long as its cleaned up after.youd have privacy, etc, but it is my home so we need to meet, etc to make certain we understand each other a bit. access to the space/materials would never be denied, but there are neighbors to consider, etc... thx, brett
