Plumber Needed

Description

I need a plumber to turn off the condo building water at the street and swet in a shower valve. Access is right in front of the 3-story16-unit building near the street. Wall is open, the vanity is gone, and everything is ready to solder in. Just need the city water shut off for an hour or two. Nobody installed interior water shut off to this front tear.
