Help with Installing windows/Landscaping work

Need help with installing windows( holding and lifting windows, some are heavy). Digging out shrubs, cutting grass, etc The pay is $15 an hour. I don't need anyone's tools or supplies, just need a hard working person. Need someone Saturday and maybe Sunday Don't waist my time if not sure about showing up or afraid of working!
