Job Type Full-time Full Job Description: We are looking to hire experienced, hard-working, and dedicated Production Workers to help us keep growing in Stevensville, Montana. Candidate must be able to work 10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday and willingness to work overtime. Opportunity for on-the-job training to learn multiple skills. Responsibilities: • Perform general manual activities and tasks in an industrial environment. • Production environment is in doors but is not climate controlled, working in ambient temperatures or similar elements for the entirety of the shift. • Outside work will also be required. • Frequent use of motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity. • Frequently exert physical effort in handling heavy objects (objects can weigh 50 lbs. or more), throughout shift • Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting of heavy objects (objects can weigh 50 lbs. or more). • Operate machinery to assist in the production process, set up and control operation of production machines • Assemble materials and equipment as required to perform assigned tasks • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met • Maintain a clean workspace as well ensuring that the equipment is operating properly. • Comprehension and adherence to verbal and written instructions • Perform duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old • Effectively communicate in English via verbal and written methods. • Ability to read a tape measure • Flexible to overtime and weekends as required • High School diploma or GED We offer: BENEFITS: • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance • 401k • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Life and Disability Insurance available
