This position is responsible for: *Mowing, Edging, Weedeating and Blowing *Spraying weed control *General Landscaping duties Additional Duties Consist of: *Daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory Candidates must possess the following: *Driver’s License Required for Crew Leader *Ability to read and write in English *Ability to use company provided ipad/iphone *Ability to lift 60lbs+ *Attention to detail - an absolute must *Availability to work "some" Saturday's if adverse conditions exist during the work week *Ability to communicate with customers and Leapfrog staff in a professional manner *Proper use of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) *Receive openly "on the job" training for Safety, Equipment, and Techniques *Must be on time for the start of the work day (morning huddle daily) *Must have your own reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: *Health Insurance *IRA investment with employer matching *Paid time off *Uniform allowance *Paid Holidays *Opportunities for advancement Schedule: Monday to Friday (some Saturdays) If you are wondering if you should apply to work with us, let us tell you a little more about us.
