The Coating Crew, Twin Cities leader in residential concrete coatings, seeks motivated, responsible individual with attention to detail to join our team. Strong work ethic required, experience in concrete coatings preferred but not required. Responsibilities Include: *Prep the concrete surface to proper profile with stand up grinders and hand grinders. *Mix and apply Polyurea flooring materials. *Job site clean up, load/unload work trucks, equipment maintenance, shop organization, etc. Requirements: *Experience in flooring, construction or landscaping preferred but not required. *Keen to detail, motivated and adaptable to various situations. *Dedicated and willing to work extra hours when needed. *Maintain job site professionalism and customer relations.
