This is an entry level position that allows you opportunity to grow with the company. There are many opportunities to move up and take on larger more experienced roles with CRDN or our company as a whole Primary Responsibility: Pack out customer goods. Utilizing the handheld to inventory by product type and labeling the bags properly. This includes textiles and electronics. Properly securing the goods for transport. Pulling jobs for delivery Deliveries Rush Deliveries Secondary Responsibilities: Processing customers specialty goods such as shoes, hats, belts, luggage, etc. Keeping production flowing at a reasonable speed Packaging and labeling goods. Assisting in processing electronics and specialty goods Pack out and inventory needs Job Requirements: Clean criminal Background Valid Drivers License to be cleared by our insurance company Work environment can range: hot, cold, or comfortable. It is subject to the loss and situation. Flexibility on availability to work weekends and to be on call Able to work more than 40 hrs per week Able to lift at minimum 40 lbs, up to 60 lbs Previous Restoration Experience preferred, but not required Compensation: Hourly Rate - 40 - 50 hours per week (50 - 60 hrs on busy weeks)\ Safety Bonus opportunity available after 90 days Health Benefits Other incentive programs throughout the year All applicants are subject to a drug test, license check and background check upon hiring.
