A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to get a foot in the door with a top-notch, well known, Property Management company in the Madison, WI area. AXIOM PROPERTIES, INC. is seeking an individual to work on our construction division TEAM rehabbing apartments at our apartment communities. We are in need of an energetic person that will be responsible for general construction duties, including but not limited to demolition, carpentry work, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work. This position is 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). NO "ON CALL" and NO WEEKENDS! Great starting hourly wage, with a great benefit package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, sick and vacation time, and a very friendly work environment.
