Solar Installation - Rooftop, Labor and/or Electrical

Howdy, Looking for someone to help install a 12-15 panel (4-5kW) PV solar array on my roof. I'm looking to purchase an entire solar kit down from California which has panels, inline Enphase inverters, the entire racking system, etc. The only thing that it doesn't contain is screws to mount the flashing to the rafters... and a giant ladder to get on my roof. I can have all construction permits ready, as well as utility interconnect contracts (with PSE). OR if you are a solar subcontractor and can handle those, great. If you can ONLY do the labor (installing rails + panels on roof), thats great! Send me a quote and lead time. Or... If you are a master electrician and can ONLY do the electrical part, that's also great! Send me a quote and lead time. Or... If you can do it all, soup to nuts, that's even better!
