4/25 8AM The technician is required on site to perform the following: 1. Assist the customer with a HOT CUT over of the Circuit. 2. At the MPOE - Remove the existing fiber patch cord from the existing fiber circuit NIU and patch to the new fiber circuit NIU. Or At the MPOE - Removed the existing patch cord from the existing copper circuit and patch to the new copper circuit. 3. Place the fiber loop back plug from the new NIU to the existing NIU.
