Special Requirements: Driver's License. Experience in leading a janitorial crew. Own transportation is a must, pass a fingerprinting and extensive background check. Able to have flexible evenings. Good communication skills and customer service. Pay Rate: $22.69 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Occasional weekends. 30-40hrs per week Full Time We are looking for a Janitor Associate to take care of our locations and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make minor adjustments and repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle some heavy equipment Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently
