We are willing to consider both entry-level and skilled candidates. For over 20 years, Pine Hill Trailers has served the needs of haulers through custom and stock trailer designs. Our focus started in the shed hauling industry and has grown to provide trailer and truck bed solutions for many industries and consumers. Our Paint Line Technicians will: • Receive training on our equipment and processes • Can advance as you grow your skills (many of our Paint Line Technicians advance to our paint team) • Prep all metal surfaces to remove impurities such as blasting and caulking to ensure a proper finish • Mask parts to protect areas not requiring paint • Can prep outside service work and in house manufactured trailers • Inspect all painted products to ensure proper paint coverage • Use a forklift to move products in and out of the work area • Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as sandblasters and paint sprayers • Work 40-50 hours depending on the workload. Most of those hours would be worked Monday through Friday between 5:00 am and 4:30 pm, depending on the jobs for each day Our Ideal Paint Line Technicians: • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do a great job. Treats others with care and respect. • Experienced: Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar labor role is a plus. We are willing to provide entry-level candidates with on-the-job training for our blasting equipment. Forklift experience is a plus. • Quality Focused: Understands the importance of paying attention to details so that our customers receive a high-quality, ruggedly built trailer that will serve them well. • Systematic: Able to follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality products. No cutting corners. • Efficient: Take on a mindset of continuous improvement. • Dependable: Comes to work on time. Steady approach to work. Desire to contribute as part of a team. • Active: This position involves lifting, being on your feet, operating equipment, bending, reaching, operating a forklift, etc. Must be able to work from heights. Should be comfortable working inside an enclosed booth and wearing an air-supplied bodysuit.
