Finish Team Lead New Holland, PA • Work in an organized, well-maintained shop with up-to-date equipment • Finish high-end cabinetry for customers seeking superior products, personal service, and white-glove service from design to installation • Use high-end quality finishes such as spray conversion varnish and 2k polyurethane • Provide direction, training, and support for the finishing team • Conduct quality inspections • Meet production deadlines • Create and maintain procedures for a clean work environment • Recommend changes for production and workflow improvements • Join a faith-based, family-owned company that offers flexibility, respects family time, and ends work early on Fridays! Since 1979 Foxcraft Cabinets has delivered “an exceptional experience for every homeowner.” We are looking for a Finish Team Lead to join us in our mission and provide direction and support for the finishing team. Consider joining our tight-knit group if you have experience in cabinetry, carpentry, cabinet finishing, spray painting, or wood furniture. Our Ideal Finish Team Lead: • Experienced: Must have experience with wood finishing in cabinetry or furniture. • Knowledge: Understand prints and drawings to ensure the finished product is a match. Willing to share your ideas and expertise and make suggestions for improvement. • Leader: Someone ready to lead a small team with a heart for training and developing teammates to advance their knowledge and skills. • Goal-Driven: Motivated to stay on schedule with projects so that our customers can receive their deliveries on time. • Efficient: Able to manage your time and set daily or hourly workflows. • Quality Focused: Able to notice flaws in the product and/or mistakes during the finishing process. We count on you to catch any little detail that may impact customer satisfaction. • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Driven to do a great job. Good with people.
